So rude!

<p>This is the cheap ******* called the Chelino Active 3-in-1 chair. The *****s on every part of the base are broken! My child couldve broken her neck! Its under a 12 month warranty - we've only had it 6 months. Our baby girl will be 1 on sunday - now we are without a chair for her birthday and already without one all week! It is literally 3 steps from our dinning room table and she is the only baby using it! We really look after our things and are super holy on them! Guess what we were told by Chelino on submitting a request for it to be repaired? No they wont replace it and it can only be abuse on our part and that our 7.2kg baby(who is being tested for poor weight gain) is "too much weight on their product". I find this completely unacceptable for a product the costs R1350! Not only that - we are expected to buy the replacement parts at R250 and my husband is expected to drive to their offices at Gold Reef city to collect the parts! They cant even deliver it to the store where purchased! Im absolutely disgusted by the poor service, lack of manners and junk product provided by Chelino! Mommies stay away from this *******! They have absolutely no interest in customer care only in filling their fat pockets and abusing customers!
