Not safe for babies

<p>I am deeply disappointed by your level of customer service. I purchased the Chelino Rainbow Swing for my 7 month old baby and he fell face down on the floor while still strapped in. I immediately contacted Chelino and sent the pics. They requested my invoice. Since then I have received no feedback. I tried calling several times and sent emails but I have received no response. It seems that Chelino is not concerned about child safety.</p>
