Extremely BAD customer service!

Chelino staff do not know what they are doing, how to treat customers, they know absolutely nothing about their products, they don’t listen to what you want and they make you out to be a **** after they give you information that they cannot understand themselves.

I was given a final price on a product and I was very clear on what I wanted and Mikayla so rudely made me out to be an idiot telling me I don’t know where I got my information from. But she clearly had no clue what she was doing. To a point where I caught her out in her own lie. Head office knows absolutely nothing about what is going on in their stores or online. They have no clue what they are advertising and communication between stores, head office and marketing is non-existent.
