DCB logistics driver was rude and unprofessional by trying to deliver my parcel at night and demanding that I walk an unreasonable distance during loadshedding at night to get my package in this crime ridden South Africa whilst I am a young women because he was refusing to deliver to my home. The driver went as far as giving me an ultimatum that I won’t get my parcel if I don’t get to him immediately. This driver and the courier service did not even make prior arrangements with me to schedule the delivery time. The call was sudden and unexpected.
