ChelinoBaby- poor service and bad quality product.

We ordered from ChelinoBaby and received the worst service. I definitely would not recommend this product. In fact if you choose to go with ChelinoBaby, be sure to check what you are actually getting.The price you pay is not worth the product at all.

Unfortunately due to lock down we had to trust the online page and the salesman on the product, as we were restricted to view it personally. Biggest mistake!

I purchased the platinum range and firstly, I received the wrong product (I was sent a twin stroller and twin car seats instead of the single range).

Secondly, I initially wanted a bronze colour but subsequently changed to black. After paying and having the items (albeit wrong) sent, we were then told by the salesman that there are differences with the bronze and black. Such information was significant as it would have changed our mind on the black.

Thirdly, they say the product can be used for a variety of things, however, that is incorrect. The product is so difficult to use for various uses that one must consider whether it actually makes sense to buy It.

A definite no no for me!!!
