Chelino Baby Gateway Dishonest and Rude

Store does not honour return/warranty policy, but would rather find a way out of it by imposing new restrictions and criteria that are nowhere to be seen in the documentation. This dishonest and ********* approach to customer service is nothing short of pathetic. Staff truly are rude, unhelpful and not apologetic for the poor/defective quality of the products they sell. All queries will be directed to head office, and the store itself takes zero accountability for their products.
