Cheap products and Cheaper quality

I would not recommend any of chelino baby product to any mom to be .. the products are made with cheap quality materials and break after 5-10times of use. I bought both a pram and car seat from them and both products broke.

Furthermore I have contacted customer service to discuss and repair the products.. I spoke to a rude and disrespectful repair agent who assured me that both times it can only be abuse on my part and that my 5month old baby whom is 7kg is broke the plastic clips with her weight

Finally I was informed by the repair agent that the company warranty does not cover certain repairs,non of their products are ever defective and their warranty protects the company against the consumer .. thus their warranty is useless gimmick the company uses to make a sale...

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIER PRODUCTS TO ANYONE
