Bad experience at greenstone chelino

Good day,my name is Mr Govender and I've had a really bad experience with the managers of the chelino greenstone store.firstly I'd like to say all previous instances at the store have been amazing hence we spent nearly R25000 on products for our née born child however today I felt the service and attitude of the manager on duty was appalling today.i simply asked for help in adjusting a bought product from their store into our car and to hepmadjust the belts and she said she can't help me because she was alone,I'd understand that and respect it had the rone and her attitude been better however it was not ,I'm writing this in a hope of better assistance going forward and better attitude towards customers, a current customer who has spent a lot there and is only asking for assistance and to be spoken to like that is shameful. Please advise on how we can get this sorted.
