Bad Customer service and returns policies

I had purchased a pram from chelino in Nov 2022 as my due date was in 2023 I Started using the Pram in July and it had been giving me problems however i still did not take the pram back as i would always try something to make the pram work, until one such time none of my moves worked, i had a very traumatic experience with the pram and i was alone with my baby, i called and emailed chelino customer care and they refused to take the pram back and said they policy say 7 days purchase most parents don't even use the pram when the baby is born, anyways they have the worse customer service and returns policies. Please rather buy another brand.
