Alanah stroller

Good day. I would just like to share my experience with Chelino baby , in May this year I bought the Alanah stroller the one they gave me was the one that was standing on the floor but they didn’t not tell me that at the time of purchase, to date it has been giving issues from the but coming out of the wheel to the materials breaking it’s not even been 7 months I contacted there repairs centre the person who controls that page just reads your query with no response , I would like to know someone in management can reach out to me regarding this
