Poor service

I ordered a sneaker 4 weeks back,and still waiting for the shipment to happen I tried to contact me they telling me different different stories,first it they told.me they dont have a size but when I ordered it was available then they told me they waiting for the factory then they told me that they have a high volume order now they no nolonger picking up my calls
