Poor customer service

Worst experience ever. Buy at your own risk.

I bought a pair of their shoes only a week ago. They looked beautiful at first, especially with the iron bar detail. I wore them once, and by the very next morning the iron bar had already started showing rust.

I contacted them immediately, and the only response I received was basically, Sorry to hear that, what a bummer.No proper solution, no effort to assist, and since then, no meaningful customer service.

Now, as I’m writing this review, the iron bar has become loose and has completely come off the shoes. These are practically brand-new shoes that have only been worn once.

For me, this raises serious concerns about the quality of the manufacturing and the after-sales service. Nice-looking shoes mean nothing if they cannot last after one wear and the company does not properly assist when there is a problem.

Based on my experience, I would say: buy their shoes at your own risk.
