Horrible Customer Service (Item not received)

This shop is an operating ****. I ordered the shoes online on the 28th of August, and I made a payment through Pay Just Now. It has been over 6 days, and I haven't received the shoes. I tried to call their number; it doesn't go through, and they don't respond to emails. I am so disappointed with this store!.
