Bad service

I ordered shoes for my son MD which will be next week, the size was to big i then requested Fastway couriers to collect the shoes and was collected on 30 October, since then I never got any feedback from Chekich I then managed to get the online agent or whatsoever she is Shakira Patel I communicated with her requesting for a size 9 exchange since the day of the collection but with no help she keeps on telling me she needs to hear from the store like really so where does this bad service leaves me and my son hence its his big day next week I need the shoes asap

Bad service and no communication skills at all very disappointed honestly
