Changing menu ingredients without checking the system update

Chefs in Cavendish changes their sushi menu on the Bomb from Tuna to Prawn. The system failed to update and still they served it. Complete disregard for people allergic to shellfish. Luckily my wife spotted it before I had a mouthful and ended up in hospital or worse.!!!
