Queried status of order with owner and owner said that we should leave as this was holiday time, and we were stressing out the other customers by queuing how long we should wait for our order. Really?? I did not want to spend my whole holiday time waiting for an elusive cappuccino et al. The owner is surely in the wrong job. She would have been better suited to be a jail warden!
