Poor Quality

I purchased my Chef Mobile braai 4 burner just over 2 years ago. Still on my second 9kg gas bottle and the 4 separate flame grids is just about non-existent as is the pipe for the self-igniter. This is supposed to be a complete stainless steel braai as was told the day when I bought this. We use this maybe ones every 3 weeks. After 4 complaints to the call centre where I was promised that someone will come and inspect the braai I am still waiting. At R760 just for the grids this is not a cheap replacement if it only last for 2 years.
