Disgusting service!

Sent my braai in for refurbishment 05/09/2015. No response and completely forgotten about. Kept calling to find out progress. Was eventually sent a quote to which I responded immediately. Was promised delivery today 23/10/2015 after sending confirmation of payment 22/10/2015. Still no braai!
