Bad quality products

I always buy Chef stailness steel braais, since we live in Durban, and a mild steel braai is simply not an option for me. My previous Chef braai started to show cracks on the bottom during January 2014. I called Chef, who advised me that i could bring the braai for them to look at, or I could replace it. The lady referred me to Builders Wharehouse, and told me that they would be the best and cheapest. So I went, and bought a nice new Chef stainless steel braai. I continued to use the \old"braai until it was no longer possible (around March 2014. I then switched to the new braai. Unfortunately this braai started to develop cracks after just 1 year of use. Then in May 2015 the whole bottom fell out. It completely disintegrated. How is this possible? The braai is always under cover"
