purchase with no delivery!!

I bought some appliances from their website (chefcrafters.co.za) a few weeks ago, and I have been waiting for delivery. I have not received these, and I have tried to email them on their info@ address, without success. I emailed them on the "contact us" page on their website - without success. Now, when I go on their website, they are not available!! There is an error page
