Worse order experience ever!

I placed an order on 1/8/25. Delivery was suppose to be within 3 - 5 days. Shortly after i have placed my order i received an email just to be informed that they are out of stock and that the estimated restock date is the 19th of August 2025, and all pending orders will be prioritized for dispatch as soon as stock becomes available.....

Where is the promise to deliver within 3-5 days??? This is not what they have promised in writing when payment for my order was confirmed.

It is unacceptable to wait for atleast 19 days before they have stock and then who know how long before my order will reach the point for it to be delivered!

I will not order again at CheetaThin and i will not recommend them to anyone.
