PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK.
The product does not work at all. I used it as stipulated in the instructions. Gave it 3 months to work since they claim that it is a herbal product. I asked on purchase for terms and conditions and was sent back to a webpage that was not clear on returns. Well in short, I missed the "90 day money back guarantee" because life happens wayyy to fast when you're a new mom. Anyhow, as soon as I remembered I sent the company a message and asked for a refund because the product DOES NOT WORK. Of course they refused (because I missed the 90 day - from delivery, mark) So I just want to warn people to NOT waste their money on this product and fall for their kind service and good marketing schemes neh! The only diet pills that work are those prescribed by Doctors!😉
Our company has been honoring our refund policy when it comes to 90 days refund, that being said 90 days or 3 months does give ample time to put in a request for a refund. If your refund was denied, it means that you have unfortunately surpassed the refund time period.
