Paid for a product that I never received
Ordered and paid for a product that to date I have not received. On enquiring, I only get emails confirming a POD status from the courier, although I never physically received the product. No SMS tracking, nothing as promised on their website. I have paid R690 for something I didn't have a chance to use. I want my money back, and this is ****************.
