No eating plan received with product

Ordered CheetaThin tablets and paid for on order number #CTN36094. Received the product on 7 December, with no eating plan. Product does not work without the eating plan. Advised again on 9 December and again on 15 December. After being promised by Julia they would e-mail it, I am still without the eating plan and the product is worthless without it. Need to mention that on Facebook, many customers have been complaining about the same thing.
