Lack of communication

Bought 2 Boxes of Cheetathin expecting to Loose weight on to gain weight, I have Emailed, Whatsapped and called Julie on more than one occasion no response as her policy is if you dont loose weight within 30 days you get your money back. I still have not received a eating plan either so i been trying out new foods and more veggies, i exercise vigorously 5 days a week. I would not recommend this product to anyone, i waited just over a month to get the product, there is no communication and the product doesnt work - well not on me.
