Is this a ****?

I have ordered 2 months's supply for R1280. I have been waiting for my parcel for 8 working days, since the payment has cleared. The last time that I reached out to the couriers "Dawn Wing" I was told that the parcel was sent back to CheetahThin. When reaching out to CheetahThin, I was told that they are under the impression that the parcel has been delivered to me. I'm scared that I might have lost my money :(
