False Confirmation on Product Availability and Dispatch

Ordering the product and collecting the money from my account was instantaneous. I was even hopeful when I received an email providing information on my order and confirming the Dawn Wing waybill number for the courier service with the tracking number and confirmation delivery will be within 1 - 3 working days. It has now been 7 working days. Upon following up the supplier noted they ran our of product as they were packing and unfortunately already informed the courier company to collect the parcel before they realised they would run out of product. They have subsequently updated the courier status from "pending" to "exception". Very disappointing service.
