Excellent customer service

I ordered this product, as the reviews was very positive, and I have always been struggling with my weight. I received my package in time and I was updated every day with the progress of the shipment. I tried the product for a month, but unfortunately it did not work for me. I contacted Julie, and I was refunded all my money in less time than stated on their refund policy. She was very friendly and gave great assistance. Although the product did not work for me, it was a pleasure dealing with them. Excellent custmer service.
