I have been using this product for 2 months now. And for me it does suppress my appetite as well as detoxifies. I use it in conjunction with a fairly good diet and moderate exercise plan. There is no miracle pill. I have managed not to put on weight and I have slowly also lost weight in the process. I am happy for what the product advertises and will continue to make use of it.
