CheetaThin Refund Policy and Implementation

I ordered and received my box of CheetaThin within three days. I carefully read the instructions on their website and followed them to the letter but the results were unsatisfactory. After two weeks and 1.4kg heavier, I contacted CheetaThin via Julie to explain my frustrating results despite my effort. She responded asking how I had taken the capsules and I explained by return mail. She sent an email detailing their refund policy which is totally uncomplicated. I have this morning received notification from my bank regarding the deposit of my refund.

I am so impressed with this South African company I just had to write this review. Julie is simply a pleasure to communicate with and utterly professional and informative. I sincerely hope they come up with a product that can work for me because I will definitely be the first to order.
