Cheetathin does not honour refunds

Cheetathin caused severe medical problems for me because of its harsh laxative effect. I asked for a refund less than a week after receiving it. They sent me an email to say that it was refunded but it has not been refunded more than a month later. There is no way of getting hold of them, the number they give has a recorded message and the Whatsapp line has no response.
