Cheeta Thin - no response from Julie re the refund of money

The product has not worked for me, it has been more than 3 weeks since I started using it. I communicated with Julie who sold the product to me 2 weeks after I began and advised her that it had increased my appetite. She advised I must continue and i will see a difference shortly, this did not happen. I made contact with her on 27 November and requested a refund, again on 29 november and requested her that to acknowledge receipt of my email, again on the 2 December. Still no response. Very poor service and the product does not work
