Bad servi and No order received

Not received my Order, I ordered 25th and monies at first were not cleared, Tuesday am told shipment delayed and will be shipped Thursday. Today its Thursday and I received an email asking if I received my order. WOW, the whatsapp line does not work anymore. Please help
