Awaiting promised refund on ineffective product

I.purchased Cheetah thin pills and to my dismay, the pills did not meet my expectation at all. After using it,.I suffered with severe headaches. It did nothing for my cravings. I emailed Julie on 14 and she was quick to respond to ensure me that I will receive a refund. I have not heard.from Julie after I sent my bank details and sent a few more emails thereafter. Im still waiting to hear when I will be getting my refund. I even.asked.if I could send the pills back as they are no use to me but no reply. Is this a ****
