A little disappointing

Paid for and received the 3 packs of tablets along with the menu and eating plan. I have sent several whatsapp and email messages with questions regarding the eating plan and have not received any response. If you can't answer simple questions then I have to wonder how much you can actually stand by your plan!!!!
