I contacted Julie re a refund, merely because from when I started with the product I did not lose 1kg, she took very long to come back to me, when she eventually came to me I was asked for banking details, she said that a refund will be arranged. This was in Nov 2019 and it's January 2020 - I still haven't received the refund, their website says 30 day money back guarantee. This is clearly a **** and will advise you not to use their products.

Hi there Karen, as mentioned in my email correspondence when you initially requested your refund, I sent through a response requesting your banking details and this was not sent through. You only sent through your banking details on the 23/01/2020.

When the banking details was received your refund was made and a POP was emailed to you
