DISAPOINTING EXPERIENCE

This is a brilliant concept but sadly the experience can be spoiled by the volunteers on duty - our first visit was brilliant as everyone from the reception desk, shop and those on duty with the animals was welcoming and informative - we went again especially to see the animals fed, as we had been advised to do - this day we were first to arrive to discover the Cheetahs had been fed & every person we met was totally disinterested in us - the young man at the desk was bordering on rude, the girl in the shop ignored us and those on duty with the animals dismissive. We shall not return.
