Pathetic service at Cheetah Auto - Krugersdorp

My son bought his VW Polo from them two months ago. He started hearing noises and when he asked them they said they serviced the vehicle but can refer him to a "Cheap" guy. He decided to take the vehicle to VW to run a diagnostic only to find that the fuel filter was incorrect which he was forced to pay for (R1330.70). VW also informed my son that the software was out dated (R1587 to do) and that front and back brakes was VERY worn(R6038). When he contacted Cheetah Auto (Krugersdorp) they refused to admit that they sold my son a FAULTY vehicle nor take responsibility for this mess. They refused to respond to his emails and basically rude and unhelpful. People need to know what ****** they are.
