Bone in hamburger - unapologetic pathetic managment

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I never received such appalling service. The waiter was not friendly, my husband and I would be talking to him and he would scurry away closing blinds. My husband found a bone in his hamburger, the waiter was not bothered by it and the cook (I presume) told us it came from the patty (duh). My husband sought out the owner, who along with his son was unapologetic and just said it came from someone that came that day to sell the patty's. They did not apologise, or take off the burgers from the bill. What if my husband broke a tooth!? I guess that is why the waiters are not customer service orientated because the owner and his son isn't either. The place looks run down, guess people like me would rather go elsewhere. STAY AWAY!!!
