Cheddies taxies based in pmb kzn has poor customer service

Cheddies taxies based in pmb kzn has poor customer service. On more than one occasion the controller sent the driver (taxi) to the drop of point instead of the pick up point . When i tried to discuss this with the controller she advised that they are too busy,read messages quickly,she did not even apologise as i booked in advance because i had a set appointment for 12h30. My family and i always use cheddies so i am very shocked and disgusted to receive such poor service .
