Took my money but no work done nor paying back the money

I published a review about 2/3 weeks ago on the above company (Chedgo Contruction). The owner called (Godknows) about a deposit I paid into his bank account of R6000-00 more than a month ago for paving around my pool that he repaired. There was one story after the other. I have smsd/whatsapp him on numerous occasions asking for my money back (kept all messages) and TO DATE he still has not paid back my money. I have sent him a message almost everyday but still no refund. I don't think he is ever going to pay back my deposit. I now call him a *****/***** as he ran away with my money which I have been asking, begging and pleaded for him to pay me back but he just does not care or bother. I really don't know how he can be **** business if he does not render services. He also gave me a 5 year guarantee on the pool but has a major crack in it 3 weeks after finishing the job and also have been asking him to come and fix but also here he does not even show his face here. I have written a review on his facebook page and he did sms me saying that he lost a big job because of that. I don't care how many job he looses but I will continue publishing bad reviews UNTILL he pays back my R6000-00
