Mistreated and pathetic service

Today we were mistreated at this store. The service is pathetic. The teller wasn't sure if she had given me a cashback. The insisted she did. I was detained for 30 minutes after closing hours. This after purchasing for a substantial amount. The made me wait while reviewing camera footage. I was made to feel like a ******** at the expense of their mistake. after viewing footage their realized that they had not given me any monies which was due to me. They didn't apologize but asked me to leave without remorse. This is the worse kind of shopping i have ever experienced. I would recommend anyone to shop there. impolite, inefficient and bad customer service.
