they don't value their customers

Hi I shop every month at checkstar overport but I never drew cash at their tills but today I bought for over R1200 & wanted some cash but teller said she dont have money so I said draw from another till. I was amazed but her reply she told me I must buy something to draw at another till. I got everything I need so what must i buy.we draw cash at tills coz it saves u bank charges. I never had a problem at other when 1 till can't help u they check with other tills who got the amount and send u there no question asked check star is a ******* u must buy something you dont need. I'll never shop at checkstar again because the teller's attitude was bad
