Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer service Placed a YOU RING WE BRING delivery with this store on Saturday (11-07-2020) at about 9.00/9.15am. Even called the store to get price of an item and asked them about delivery. Nobody bothered to tell me there was an apparent problem with deliveries, and changes to delivery charge prices. Waited until 4.00, called the store, only to be put on hold....this continued for every call i made (abt 5 calls) . They even promised to call back, but Bob dy had the decency to. Called them this morning, same thing..put on hold. Phoned until i got through to a "manager". He promised delivery would be done today. Up until 3.30...still no delivery. Called them a while ago, apparently delivery charge is R70...when i have been paying R25 all along. They say delivery charge special is over, which nobody informed me abt yesterday when i enquired. When i said that i will be calling the head office tomorrow, i suddenly got a call from another " manager" explaining their "backlog" on orders etc etc . So i cancelled my order. If i was them i would have done a free delivery considering the inconvenience they have put me through. Pathetic service.
