Query

My sister got injured on the 4th of July 2020 she was hit by a pallet full of onions and potatoes. It took them +-90 to call an ambulance, they refused to take her to the private hospital, at the hospital she paid by herself the admin fee ,she went for an X-ray , she was discharged same day though she couldn't walk properly she therefore hired a car to take her home "she paid herself " . The store careless cos they didn't phone just to check her up , .the store is now refusing to compensate her and to refund her all the she spent . They said they need all the receipt but we do not have a receipt for taxi and we don't have a receipt for the car she hired when she was discharged. Thank you
