Poor Service with No resolution.

I made a purchase and attempted to do a cash back on the 31st August 2024. I did not receive my cash back. I raised the issue a few times with no joy. I was made aware the email system is down. They are just following the process. It's now been 12 days still with no joy. The amount is uncleared on my account. I'm suppose to await a phone call. I've written this review to raise awareness and possibly get a resolution.
