Pathetic online shopping service

Last week with all the looting in KZN, Checkstar was the only place I could find to order groceries online and have it delivered. I placed 2 orders the first one on Thursday 15 Jul and the second one on Friday 16 Jul. Their website states that deliveries will take place within 2 working days. Until today no deliveries have been made. Best of all, Sunday morning I receive a call to say they are busy picking my order. I try to call all the numbers I can possibly find, but no answer. I eventually add the one number to my whatsapp today, only to be told (on day 4) that all online orders will be refunded. No communication received that orders will be cancelled. When I call the head office I get told my refund will only reflect by Friday. So now I must wait until they are ready to do a refund, in the meantime, groceries are being depleted at home. Not to mention my first delivery I paid R70 and the following day it was R140. and the delivery address is in the same street as the store. I have never experienced such terrible service and experience with online shopping.
