Green mould juice

I recently bought juice from Checkstar Overport (18/08/2023) and upon opening the juice, I found particles of green mould. The juice has not expired as yet but it was a very disgusting sight to see. I reported to the manufacturer and the shop, and they have responded with a very vague response that includes them running laboratory testing and sifting and therefore there was no problem on their side.

The shop called (26/08/2023) however I was experiencing loadshedding and poor network coverage and the manager promised to call the next day and he never called back.

I cannot go back to the shop because I am based in Pietermaritzburg, and we went past the shop for abit of meat and groceries as we were on our way to vacation. Now what do I do as the customer????
