Double charged by cashier

Absolutely poor customer service! My father was charged TWICE for a purchase over R300, and was told to go to the bank, he agreed got all relevant documents and has now been over 3 times to the store, not only was the man at customer service RUDE they have now told him to come back on Monday! He shops there frequently but now will not be returning due to the Absolutely terrible service from the employees!
