Complaint from very angry customer

Yesterday the 12/07/2023

I was in town doing my shopping from different stores I ended up at checkstar for groceries, I went to their parcel counter to place my parcels which was 3 pockets and the lady gave me a disc.i proceeded inside the store to shop and when I done I went to their parcel counter to collect my parcels and to my disappointment I was only given 2 back and the 3rd one was no where to be found.

I reported the matter to the store and security guards but unfortunately the manager DID NOT help me at all but the guards tried to help even to check the camera but they said it did reach the area around parcel counter but they promised further investigation and call me back today at about 11/12 am but no one has we ver called. I contacted them and security said it beyond them now the manager should help me because it's the negligence of his staff member but the manager does not care. Please help me Hello Peter I need my shopping please.
